Marcos had been a ranch hand for Toby’s 3R Farms for several years when he approached Toby about his passion for fence building. Marcos is a perfectionist and enjoys crafting a product that is strong, dependable, and exactly to the customer’s specifications. Together, in 2018, they started C&O fencing with the dream of their sons one day inheriting the business.
